Hip pain is not a failure of aging.
It’s usually a signal:
• hormones are shifting
• muscles need support
• inflammation needs calming

And the body is asking for better inputs, not resignation.
Raise your Hand if you would love to know how I got rid of my hip pain in 4 days! 🙋🏻‍♀️
Making no medical claims, we are all hurting for various reasons.

As estrogen declines:
• Joint lubrication decreases
• Collagen production drops
• Inflammation tends to rise

This can lead to
stiffness, achy hips, and deeper joint pain, even if imaging looks “normal.”
Comment “hip” if you could use some joint support.

Hip pain isn’t just “getting older.”
And morning stiffness
isn’t because you slept
wrong.

In midlife, hormonal shifts increase inflammation, reduce joint lubrication, and tighten surrounding muscles, especially in the hips. Overnight, joints stay still, fluids thicken, and muscles guard unstable areas. That’s why those first steps out of bed can feel stiff, achy, or even
painful.

This isn’t a motivation problem or a stretching failure.
It’s your body asking for better support.

When inflammation, recovery, and daily nourishment are addressed, hips can move more freely and mornings don’t have to hurt.

So many women experience this in midlife. Comment ME TOO if you do.”

Midlife hormones drop, inflammation goes up…
and that deep hip ache starts waking you frequently. Like constantly! 🙋🏻‍♀️

That’s often menopausal arthralgia… and no one talks about it.

Then poor sleep raises cortisol…
which makes the pain even worse the next night.”

That’s exactly why I started supporting my body differently…
I added my daily Gold for inflammation, gut, and better sleep support.”

Inflammation & gut health

Chronic, low-grade inflammation is a big driver of joint pain.

In women with:
• IBS
• bloating
• food sensitivities

…gut inflammation can spill over systemically, (leaky gut) making joints, especially hips, more sensitive and slow to heal.
(I’ve lived this firsthand, so this resonates deeply with me.)

Why hip pain shows up more with age (especially for women)

1. Hormonal shifts (hello perimenopause & menopause)

As estrogen declines:
• Joint lubrication decreases
• Collagen production drops
• Inflammation tends to rise

This can lead to
stiffness, achy hips, and deeper joint pain, even if imaging looks “normal.”
