I was never really one to take pre-workouts but this one by Betancourt Nutrition is fiyyaaaa🔥🔥🔥. I’ve heard most pre-workouts give you jitters and crash afterwards but this one DOES NOT. It gives me the right amount of energy to push harder through my workouts and also keeps me focused/zoned in. Of course, consult with your doctor before taking any supplements in general but I do highly recommend this pre-workout for anyone who needs that extra push/focus in the gym.

is a series I started where I upload different ab workouts every Sunday for y’all to try. Follow and my hashtag on Instagram for more ab workouts every Sunday!

This week I got 2 nice calisthenics movements that will help challenge you. The L-Sit pull-up that I uploaded last week will definitely be beneficial for both the muscle-up and the front-lever. Both of these movement will require power and stability of your core to help perform the movement. Next Sunday I will break down the front lever into easier workouts for you to practice in order to progress into the full front lever hold. The following week I will break down the muscle-up.

Focus on breathing out and tightening your core every time you contract it. Do not expand your stomach, shrink it down when you contract.

everyone! Got some quick tips to help strengthen your pull-up game.

1 - Tighten your core by keep your legs straight and toes pointed to the ground slightly in front of your body

2 - Retract your scapula by keeping your shoulder blades pinched back.

3 - Maintain a neutral spine by keeping your quads tight and knees locked out.

The goal is to keep your body as tight as possible and not swing or use momentum.
