A 6-Week Therapeutic Yoga Series for Grief, Trauma, and Uncertain Times

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, tender, or unsettled by the pace and intensity of life lately, this series offers a place to slow down and reconnect.

Finding Steady Ground is a 6-week therapeutic yoga series designed to support those navigating grief, trauma, and the ongoing stress of uncertain or demanding times. Originally created for grief and trauma recovery, this work has become increasingly relevant for anyone seeking steadiness, regulation, and support in the midst of everyday life.

Rooted in trauma-informed yoga, nervous system education, and embodied mindfulness, this series offers practical tools for self-regulation and resilience. Rather than pushing through or fixing what’s here, we’ll focus on creating safety, choice, and capacity—one breath and one movement at a time.

This series continues the intention of easing into the year: building internal resources you can return to when life feels heavy, fast-moving, or unpredictable.

In this series, you’ll be invited to:
• Nourish and regulate your nervous system
• Reconnect with your body and rebuild trust
• Ground yourself in the present moment
• Gently release patterns of fight, flight, freeze, faint, or fawn
• Expand your capacity to be with emotional discomfort
• Develop tools for navigating stress and uncertainty
• Anchor into self-compassion and care
• Create a personalized yoga practice for ongoing support

The framework for this series integrates polyvagal theory, embodied mindfulness, and gentle, accessible movement.

Each session includes psycho-education, optional sharing, breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness, and integrative rest. Creative and Inner Parts–informed reflections may be offered, always with choice.

Come as you are.
No yoga experience is necessary.
All bodies and lived experiences are welcome.

Investment: $390 for the full 6-week series

An Aerial Fundraiser for Wildlife & Wellness

Join us for a special aerial class created to support native birds in need of rehabilitation and release.

Wildlife & Wellness is expanding their rehabilitation efforts to include housing that gives native birds the space they need to heal, rebuild strength, and prepare for safe release back into the wild. While they currently provide care for small mammals and domestic animals, birds require larger environments that better mimic their natural habitat.

This class is more than movement.
It’s care.
It’s stewardship.

Welcome to Just Breathe Aerials

AntiGravity Yoga was invented by aerial performer Christopher Harrison, a former gymnast and Broadway choreographer. It involves performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout. Apart from being a major stress-buster due to its high fun quotient, there are some serious health benefits associated with AntiGravity Yoga. In addition to decompressing the spine, AntiGravity Yoga can help to increase strength and flexibility. Along with AntiGravity Yoga, we offer a variety of other classes.

Just Breathe Aerials was founded by Lori Aragona in 2016 and later joined by co-owner, Jennifer Wiggins. Together, they hope to open multiple studios and bring a whole new world of fitness both mentally and physically for our community.
