𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐲𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.

I’ve always been drawn to three, all associated with rage, defiance and transformation :

👉🏻 𝐇𝐞𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐞, whose mythological presence emphasizes the power to navigate uncertainty and strength. I have always loved her empowerment through the liminal spaces of life as someone who has gone through MANY transitions in life.

👉🏻 𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐡, who symbolizes rebellion, independence and defiance or emotions such as anger, rejection and alienation. Her story highlights the struggle of autonomy, equality and self-sovereignty. Her defiance led her to be demonized, cast out of Eden and portrayed as dangerous or vengeful. Sharing a similar theme in my childhood where my own abusive & alcoholic mother casted me out and vilified me.

𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢 👉🏻 She brings the mess of destruction, liberation, and fearlessness. Her presence confronts the ultimate truth of morality, impermanence, and the freedom associated with release. Arising from divine wrath, Kali was set out of defeat chaos and evil, which I felt surrounded by growing up. Kali dances round in rage - much like I did from the anger of my experience. Until Shiva comes forward to stop her destructive pattern. Symbolizing ego death she is also the ultimate reminder of the cycle of creation, confrontation of the ego, attachments, fear and raw feminine power.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐬.

So I fully encourage you to explore your favorite archetype to deepens your shadow awareness and furthering your deeper sense of self. 🫶🏻

we must add to this realization, the thought that divine intelligence is acting 𝙄𝙣 and 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 us.

We affirm that divine intelligence not only knows what to do, but also 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝘁𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴. “

I want this quote to serve as a gentle reminder that in these times when we only feel like sending out prayers and think it’s enough, instead of actually taking action with our creative thoughts, It’s not enough. To ONLY pray and “send good vibes”, is not enough. This is a reminder that prayers must be affirmative to be effective and we must act upon our prayers to help, to guide, to assist.

What good are we spreading? Are we creating? Are we generating with the laws of nature in mind?

I know there is nothing in me that can doubt either the divine goodness or the operation of its law and my affairs.

If there’s anything I ought to do, I accept the action and know that I received guidance and am impelled to act accordingly.

Whatever I am thinking, I am creating. That seems average for someone who studies and/or is into what I am into to say - yet it’s an important self reminder.

Whatever I am thinking, I am creating. Whether I am thinking impulsively with emotions or with authentic conviction. It’s a good reminder to make corrections if our thoughts are not in line with the life we wish to lead or what we wish to spread to others from our presence.

When I sit, and I often do, and think endlessly about how much more work is ahead of me in becoming a psycho-spiritual coach and how it’s going to take me years,

𝑰𝒕’𝒔 𝒈𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒎𝒆 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔.

Or the duration is going to feel like years instead of having fun and letting the time fly enjoying the process. The idea is that I can create either of those realities, I hold that power.

What drives it all?

The subconscious. The unconscious mind serves as the captain of the ship, guiding our actions, while the conscious mind acts as the crew, carrying out the subconscious’s directives.

Things have gotten a little deeper than expected here at Velvet Coyote. 🫶🏼

After finally digging deep and committing to the exploration of the strong foundations of my work toward lasting transformation, strengthening the will and helping cultivate a deep connection to the authentic self - I stumbled a bit further into more teachings I am wrapping myself up within.

This is a good thing! But it’s been taking my time away from posting and being active on social media. I can’t quite share the deep philosophy yet - as I am still wrapping up, putting together and digesting my own version of it to share with you.

But I can’t wait to talk soon ❤️

The drive behind personal transformation and connecting with our true selves has always been a fundamental aspect of human existence.

It’s the 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘵𝘭𝘦 force behind questions like:

👉🏻 “Do I really share the same beliefs as my family?”

👉🏻 “Why do I react to certain things in specific ways?”

👉🏻 “Am I truly the person my parents say I am?”

For me, it was questioning the sense of worth that my alcoholic and emotionally abusive mother instilled in me growing up.

🗣️ “You’re hard to love.”

🗣️ “It’s ugly the way you act.”

🗣️ “You’re actually not as pretty as you’re told you are.”

She would say these things, often drunk, smoking a cigarette, and in front of everyone at a party.

That drive, sometimes clouded by stress, survival, or autopilot, has always been there, whispering, asking you to come home to your truth and say goodbye to everything you were told to be.
