Friday on my way to take Juliana to the Boys and Girls club we were talking about seeing deer 🦌 again, and I said lets ask Grandpa "My Dad"" to help us see some Deer, I say out loud shes following my words, Dad can you please show us some Deer 🦌 soon please and thank you for always showing up Amen 🙏 we're driving and notice 3 😁 baby deer 🦌 in aww we thanked him again.

The continued healing energy from the energy I receive daily or most days from the glimpse of seeing 👀 and connecting and sun 🌞 ☀️ 🌤 🌅 gazing has been grateful 🙏 and cellularly energetically uplifting and high vibrational. I thank God for the Sun 🌞 energy every chance I get because when I connect with it also connect with my Son Matthew who's crossed over 23 yrs yrs ago yet time doesn't change how the bond we created together on earth ❤️ I continue to remember him daily as well as my other loved ones when I ask for guidance and they show up every time truly grateful for the connection through dreams and spirit animals they show up for me every time.

Its been a month going and they are Intentional with every class yet motivating every class monday through Saturday is with a different instructor and there all amazing and are very thoughtful modifications with every move for those who are starting. Super Excited to be apart of our local community and bringing in all the other small businesses and our communities together to share our own personal items we've created to share with everyone! Anyone can find something from many different businesses hand crafted,natural products made eith intentional healing and good vibes ❤️ is also another place ive been going to for the past month and I want to make a shout out for all of the front desk and instructors I've personally encountered with and are very well intentional with body,mind, and sweat 😓 with peace ☮️ ❤️ and motivation to get you through this your day!

Im sure you've all felt the energetic shift in the sense of taking the initiative to make the necessary steps to do better for you, outside the chaos of the world 🌎 we as the collective have to continue to shine and send peace, love,compassion and understanding no matter our personal point of view morally and conditions brought upon us as our families have taught us. These times are all about YOU, WHAT YOU ,hold dear to you and your Own Beliefs and point of view, ultimately we as as a whole know what's right or wrong no matter gender,color, or belief in the end we are al a melting pot of many different ethnic backgrounds whether we believe it or not, coming from someone who's both parents were born in Mexico, i'm not only Mexican, I'm Peruvian,Columbian, Spaniard, Indegenous Aztec,Mayan and much more. We all bleed the same, the only difference is our own personal perspective and compassion of how we view the world 🌎 ✨️ I ask for you all to learn to be the best person you want to be and show up in the world especially right now. ❤️ ✌️ ☮️ and unconditional space for all your journeys.
