What an amazing time we had at our Truck or Treat event this weekend! Our residents were all smiles as they enjoyed the festive decorations, delicious treats, and fantastic music from our awesome DJRamirez!

The joy and laughter that filled the air reminded us all how special community moments like this are. Seeing our residents dancing, singing along, and connecting with the local community and staff truly warmed our hearts. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated, volunteered, decorated their trucks, and helped make this event such a fun and memorable experience. You brought so much happiness to our residents — and that’s what it’s all about! 🥰

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of River Walk’s brand-new transportation services — designed with our residents in mind! 💙

Whether it’s a ride to medical appointments, community events, weekly shopping trips, or simply a safe and comfortable ride across town, our new van service is here to make everyday travel easier, more accessible, and more convenient than ever before.

At River Walk, we’re always looking for new ways to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. This new transportation initiative is another step in keeping our residents connected, supported, and on the move! 🚗💨

Yesterday was a wonderful day celebrating Case Managers Week at Community Regional Medical Center! 💐
The Central Valley South Region Skilled Nursing team — including The Orchards at Tulare, Grand Oaks Care, Grand Oaks Assisted Living, Sequoia Vista, River Walk Care, and Valley View Care — was honored to show our appreciation for the incredible case managers who go above and beyond for patients and families every single day.

We truly value and appreciate our partnership with Community Regional Medical Center and the collaboration that helps us provide exceptional care to those we serve.
