It’s International Self-Care Day. And here’s the truth:

Self-care isn’t cute.
It’s not always relaxing.
And it definitely doesn’t always look good on Instagram.

Real self-care is:
➡️ Saying NO to what drains you
➡️ Eating for healing, not just convenience
➡️ Running tests when your body whispers “something’s off”
➡️ Giving yourself permission to rest before you're broken

If you’re tired of being told to “just meditate more” while your body is inflamed, foggy, and constantly on edge…

You’re not lazy.
You’re not dramatic.
You’re likely overdue for real care.
