☀️SUNSCREEN & LITTLES ☀️

Did you know that for babies under the age of 6 months old, it is NOT recommended that sunscreen be applied?

This is due to their young skin and the increased risk of skin reactions/rashes.

So what can you do to protect them from the sun’s rays?!?!?

☀️ Try and keep them in the shade as much as possible and ensure you are taking breaks from being in the sun

☀️ Use sun protective clothing when they have to be in the sun. This will keep their skin covered but yet keep them cool in the heat

☀️ Have them wear a large brim hat that provides a lot of cover from the sun

Have a kiddo older than 6 months and wondering what sunscreen to use?!? Look for the sunscreen that is for babies. Be sure to read the labels and find one that will work best for your family.

As the end of the year draws to a close, some HSA/FSA plans operate the “use it or lose it” policy. This means that you need to use your funds or you will lose them.

Don’t lose them!!!! HSA/FSA funds can be used for ALL of my services!
