Join me tomorrow night at Yogalab for Warm Yoga: Power & Presence 7:15 - 8:15 pm.

Practice in an 85-90 degree room and help the body flush out toxins, increase your heart rate for a better cardio workout and keep your muscles in an optimal state for yoga. Focus of the class will be on building the core.

➡ Late enough that you can make it after work/kids' stuff
➡ Then go home and sleep like a baby 😴

Is life hectic right now as the year comes to a close? Need to calm an overactive mind trying to get it all done? Come to a yin yoga class on Sunday to do just that. 💜

If you can apply these three steps—imagine, plan, execute—to your next challenge, you can accomplish anything. But when you’re done, take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate your achievement.

And then take another moment to integrate the process into your psyche. Let it sink in. And then it will be there next time you are faced with a challenge.

Slow down. Be here now. Notice and acknowledge. Be mindful of your journey and take this valuable information with you. Your future self will thank you.

“You and God become one. That’s samadhi.” ~ Sri Swami Satchidananda

Sutra 3:3 says, “Samadhi is when the meditation reflects the object truthfully, without the distortion of thoughts of previous impressions.”

The object and the meditator fall away, and all that remains is the meditation itself. It is in this state of knowing, of being, and of pure bliss that we discover a union with universal consciousness, the divine, God.
