Join me tomorrow night at Yogalab for Warm Yoga: Power & Presence 7:15 - 8:15 pm.
Practice in an 85-90 degree room and help the body flush out toxins, increase your heart rate for a better cardio workout and keep your muscles in an optimal state for yoga. Focus of the class will be on building the core.
