Focus on the Future Interventions

I was in a powerful intervention yesterday with a group of friends and loved ones.
Intervention letters bring about a lot of emotion, but the person identified in the intervention explained that the letters from his loved ones “gave him the courage to admit what he had been thinking of for a long time”

Intervention is a powerful process. If anyone is struggling please feel free to reach out.
Recovery is possible.

Today is National overdose awareness day.
A moment of silence for those who have lost their lives from accidental overdose or overdose from addiction.
If you are struggling, or your family member is struggling- please do not hesitate to reach out.
It takes a village, but we do recover!
Also- Please lock up your medications if you have any in the house!

Intervention is a huge undertaking for families and for professionals as well!
Today I am feeling grateful for my colleagues in the field and their willingness to collaborate and help the families that call us.
You are all warriors, and we need warriors to combat the disease of addiction!
Grateful for all of my warriors in my corner.

I just realized it has been a year since I opened my business at Focus on the Future Interventions. It was such a huge leap for me to invest in myself and there was a ton of fear surrounding doing this on my own. I have been blessed beyond measure and had the pleasure of helping quite a few families this year.
I am eternally grateful for the path I am on and all of those who have supported me in my past and current endeavors.
