The number on the scale doesn't tell you everything and this is proof of that. This is my Inbody test.
The weight on the scale says I'm heavier. If it was the only thing I looked at all the working out would have seemed pointless to me. Looking at my body fat % has gone down and I even put on more muscle which causes you to weigh more.

Please if you're looking to lose weight even though it may not look like you're making progress keep going you'll get there!!

What is the best diet? What is the best workout? What is the best exercise?
I get asked these questions frequently. The best answer is to find what works best for YOU.

*What works for one person may not work for another. For example, I personally don’t like replacement shakes because I need to eat. I found that when I tried to drink a meal replacement shake, I was still eating. But I know people who use meal replacement shakes successfully in a weight loss program.

*The same could be said for diets. Someone may see great success in tracking macros (protein, carbs, and fat), but YOU may find it difficult to be consistent in logging food. Therefore, that is not the best method for you.

*It’s not about labeling the best diet, workout, or exercise. You need to try different things and find what is best for YOU.
