Just because your baby likes sitting up doesn’t mean it’s the best thing for their development.

Propping babies into a seated position before they can get there on their own can actually interfere with how they build strength, balance, and body awareness.

Instead, focus on floor time, tummy time, and letting your baby move through milestones naturally. Sitting will come—and when it does, it’ll be stronger, safer, and all them 💪

You’re not alone.

Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or using formula—milk anxiety is real. The constant worry. The ounces counted. The 3am Googling. The apps. The pressure.

And the wild part? The stress we feel trying to do it all right can actually make it harder.

Especially when going back to work, so many parents feel like their supply is slipping—and their confidence goes with it. But here’s the truth:
