A transformation that’s as functional as it is beautiful.

At 3 months post-op, this 48 y/o patient is shown after an implant exchange—moving from Sientra High Profile 415 implants to Motiva Round Full 400 implants—along with a lift and conversion from under the muscle to over the muscle placement.

Her before photos showed a classic waterfall deformity, where the implant remains under the muscle while the natural breast tissue descends over it. By addressing both implant position and tissue support, we were able to restore a more balanced, lifted contour.

She’s thrilled with her results... and so are we!

20 years later… a beautiful refresh ✨

This 49-year-old patient is 3 months post-op from a breast implant exchange with mesh + tummy tuck. Her transformation speaks for itself!

We removed her previous 450cc saline implants and replaced them with Motiva 425cc moderate profile silicone implants, restoring a softer, more youthful shape with improved projection and support.

A transformation built on strategy, timing, and trust.

At her initial consultation (left), we created a plan that started with GLP medications to support weight loss prior to surgery. After losing 40 lbs and reaching her personal goal, we proceeded with a circumferential lower body lift, liposuction to the bra rolls, and a BBL to address hip dips and enhance overall balance.

While she could have continued to lose more weight, she felt confident in her progress and had realistic expectations—an important part of achieving results like this.

Her outcome will continue to refine over time, especially with any additional weight loss.
