Boom! You're spiritually awake! 🌟 Wouldn't it be great if it happened that easily? 😂

But hey, the good news is, it's not as complicated or confusing as you might think! Spiritual awakening is a journey, and like any journey, it has its phases.

Phase 1: Desire - First things first, you gotta want it! You must desire to become spiritually awake. 🌟 We live in a world of free will, so it's up to you to create that desire deep within yourself.

Phase 2: Spark of Connection - This is where the magic starts! Expand your frequency connection with your divine light and Source energy. Whether it happens spontaneously, in nature, or with the help of a mentor or teacher, it's all about deepening that connection. My guides channeled the Awakening Activation just for this purpose. You can find it on my website, Soulful Awakening (free mini soul work course), or on my YouTube channel . And yes, it's all free!

Phase 3: Choice - The power is in your hands! You must continue to choose the awakened state. Think of it like the universe asking, "Are you sure?" And then asking again, "Are you really, really sure?!" Once you fully step into your awakened state, there's no turning back. It's all about expanding yourself, your mind, and your place on this little floating rock we call Earth.

Awakened Wisdom #9, message from Spirit.
When I think about change, the unknown can feel scary, or perhaps unsettled is a better word. Yet, I recognize if I resist change, how will I welcome my manifestations and dreams I am creating? Sometimes, the path gets rougher before it smooths out.
I am learning to be okay with discomfort.
I am learning to lean into my uncomfortable emotions to find out what I am meant to learn, know, or choose differently.
I am learning that true growth comes from getting out of my comfort zone.
I'm still very much in the learning process.

This message resonates deeply with me! It encapsulates why I do Soul Work: to intimately know my inner self and seek guidance from my highest frequency self (True Self)! Oh, I could shout from the mountaintops about the importance of listening to our inner guidance. However, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be if you're not accustomed to doing soul work or cultivating a self-connection practice. It's simply not ingrained in our culture to consult and listen to our inner selves.

But let me ask you, can you imagine what it would feel like to receive clear, profound answers from your True Self? An all-knowing, all-loving, divine being that IS you! It's truly remarkable. Would you allow me to share with you how to establish this connection and experience the beautiful freedom and guidance that accompanies it?
Regrettably, there's no magic switch that can be flipped. It's a learned skill that evolves with time and practice. I love this letter to and from your soul; there is so much wisdom here.

The more I work with spirit, the more I appreciate the value of the connections we help foster. I notice many folks carrying layers of what I'd call "wet blankets," covering up their inner voice and true selves. But as those blankets come off, there's this noticeable sense of relief and lightness. Ahhhhhh….

This is why I’m so passionate about Soul Work! It's peeling off those damp blankets—so liberating. It's like reuniting with an old friend you didn't even realize you missed.

What does your travel energy protections look like?

When I travel, I still do my energy work. I set protections, have tools, and get things done! Obviously, not as much as at home but staying connected and cleared is important to me no matter where I am.

I setup a crystal protection grid I in my meditation space, room with black tourmaline, pink and clear quartz (I will have an info sheet about how to set this up… soonish). Selenite to clear, clear quartz connected to my home alter, a candle (when it’s safe to use or I ask my alter crystal to act as my spirit connection), an offering to the land or native peoples (lavender), Palo Santo to clear the space, an eye cover, and lastly ear plugs. I don’t go longer than a weekend without bringing my energy work bag.
Many times while traveling, I have needed to clear energies from hotel rooms or rental house for me to stay comfortably. I have been harassed by ghosts, picked up icky things, seen prior unhappy situations in rooms, and even called out by native spirits to honor the land. I want to make sure I have a solid energetic protection plan to do my work comfortably. I could do energy work without these tools; it just feels familiar and comfortable. These tools are also charged with my home protections and intentions.

I want to add, when I clear rented spaces or homes… I only clear them for our stay. I do not have permission to clear them beyond the time I occupy the space. Plus, it is not my job to clear spaces or rid the world of dense energy. The dense energy has a purpose and I honor it’s job. I free will to choose my experiences and I do not choose to interact with these dense frequencies, so I set my protections (or energy intentions). When I leave often the densities return or possibly, they have found something new and fun to do.

Lastly, I make sure to connect with the energy and native spirits of the land to honor their space, pay respect, and see if they have requests from me while I visit.
