Well, for those that don’t already know, I tore the sternal head on my pec major recently. The decision to move forward with surgery was left up to me and I decided to go ahead and do it. 18 years competing and training… This is the first and hopefully the last injury in the gym. Still a lot more work to do to and I will never cease to continue chasing this goal. Setbacks like this I believe will make me better and more wise in the long run. Always learning, always room to improve. Ready for this surgery tomorrow and to begin making forward progress. Thanks for the positive support from everyone! 🙏

To this day probably the most badass show I’ve ever been to. My training partner and mentor Matthew Lowden wins the overall and beats out Dusty Henshaw as well as Stan Efferding. Brandon D. Lyons and Matt Porter went head to head in the junior men 20 and under class. Ronnie, Jay, Gunter, Troy Alves, Tony Freeman, and Brandon Curry all there walking around and guest posed….Shows like this don’t exist anymore. Legendary!
