Workshop Overview:
This immersive workshop offers a unique, non-riding experience in Equine-Assisted Expressive Arts Therapy, designed to help participants explore emotional awareness, self-regulation, and personal growth through grounding interactions with horses. No prior horse experience is required.
Groundwork with Horses: Focus on connection, trust-building, and emotional attunement through embodied practices.
MSSS Model: Using Movement, Sound, Storytelling, and Silence, participants engage in creative expression, mindful presence, and embodied self-discovery.
Expressive Arts Practices: Enhance body-mind awareness with techniques such as bilateral art-making, embodied movement, and breathwork to foster healing and empowerment.
Whether you're new to horses or have some experience, this workshop will provide a supportive environment to explore your creativity, resilience, and emotional connection with horses.
