I wish there was another star to give for atmosphere…. It was great. It is small and cozy with a great nautical vibe. Great soundtrack with fun special effects. There are a couple more private areas, long bar, and a number of tables. The drinks were excellent and strong. They do cost more than a typical drink but they are stronger and made with great ingredients. The food was surprisingly fantastic. All in all an extremely great date night venue. Worth the 40 min drive for us.

Great location right at the hospital. We tried to make reservations, which I would recommend… but their phone system was just dumping calls for reservations even though they were open. We took a chance and went for lunch anyway and we ended up sitting at a large tabletop for shared use. Not ideal, but it worked. The atmosphere was just as we expected and the service was excellent. The food was very good and presented well. We enjoyed the visit and will consider it again when in St Pete.

Nice clean atmosphere here, with excellent customer service. A really good start! We did some research before coming so we knew the portions were huge and had a desert sharing plan coming in. We ordered two deserts for three people. It was more than enough. And average desert is good for two, even the single scoop deserts are shareable. Now, on for the closer… the taste was fantastic!!!! Both deserts were 10/10. Is the cost high… yes! Is it worth it, yes. Especially if you plan on sharing. Great date place, nice booths and atmosphere. I love this addition to the area and will definitely come back for occasions that require a desert restaurant.

Huge rave for Alex’s Fresh kitchen! What a hidden gem. Very unassuming place with outstanding food. I tried a burger and a great cake desert. Alex himself was there and was extremely personable. I added a pic of us so if you see him say Hi from Joe. The burger was deserving of best burger in Orlando. And the options are both unique yet not outlandish. It was a bit of a drive for me but at the advice of my friend at travelingfoodguys I went, and it was great!!!! Thank you to Alex for the experience, and Christopher for getting me to go! A great experience.

Wonderful evening at the tasting room. We were looking for a last minute place for a Sunday meal and this was perfect. The meal was fantastic, we started with Sunday specials of drinks … being Hurricanes, and they were a great deal and very tasty. We followed up with salad and tapas. The Asian beef was amazing flavorful, with complex introductory tastes, great main taste of tender meat and lingering spices that rounded it off perfectly. Next we got the wings and they were savory but mild on the spice palate. I decided to get the polenta chorizo ravioli… OMG, to die for. Just the right balance of spice, creaminess, perfect fluffy pillows. There may have been a second hurricane before we realized that desert was off the table due to us both being full. Great date night! Service was fantastic, thanks Alex! Thank you!!!!

One of my favorite go to Disney dining experiences. I happened to go here for Valentine’s Day because my wife loves it as much as I do. Had our usual burger, which was slightly different than usually but still excellent. They also switched out the fries for thicker ones, this holds less of the spice and had a significantly different potato to spice ratio. Still good, but not best fries on the planet anymore. Had the special Sangria as well, and was perfect. I strongly encourage anyone to try eating here, a small menu… but if you find something that sounds good it will be excellent. Enjoy!

I can’t believe I have lived here for years and not made it here. I always thought of it as something aspiring to be like Disney or Universal water parks. In reality it was close to as fun as blizzard beach, and not as far behind the others as I would have expected. Parking was crazy expensive without an annual pass… something like 28.00. Disney parking is free for water parks. Glad I have an annual pass and didn’t have to pay those prices. The lazy river was fun to do in just life vests, made it more of a workout than I expected, but was very nice. Didn’t ride many rides, and didn’t partake in park food. Was disappointed they didn’t allow outside food, had to return it to our car. Worth going to, but would not put it top of the water park list. Then again I would have expected it to be lower so I was pleasantly surprised.

Food was good and portion size was big as one would expect. Service was very slow and the A/C was not keeping up with the heat. Good atmosphere but fairly dated interior. We preferred the bar over the restaurant.

Visited again this weekend. Food was better than last time and service was a huge improvement. The Beer was excellent as well as the Apple strudel. I had a three sausage meal and all three were excellent! Much better experience the second time
