🚀ANNOUNCING👽 STRANGER: a cosmic dance for the wild and weird

STRANGER is a silent disco dance walk created for all bodies and dance levels.

Explore the universe of movement every Tuesday evening from 7-8 pm at Laurelhurst Park and Thursday mornings from 7-8 am at Alberta Park.

Embark on this celestial journey starting with a stellar warm-up amidst the park’s natural beauty. We’ll blast off into the dance walk with guided movements and free style dance accompaning our journey through the park and neighboring landscapes. We’ll land our mothership back at the park with a and exercises to foster interstellar connections.

STRANGER draws inspiration from my personal joy of dance walks. Dance walks consist of walking down the street or nature while moving my body in a way that feels energizing and empowering.

This practice has been a guiding force on my mental health journey and I am so thrilled to be sharing it with the Portland community.

It also feels like stepping into a new dimension and creating our own music video, which my Leo heart absolutely adores 🪐

The goal is to play, show up as your authentic self, enjoy the Portland summer, and connect with Portland’s out of this world community.

Friends! I have never been this excited about an offering before 🎉

I have been developing this group program for over a year and I am so excited to be offering it in person in Portland this upcoming March + April. 

It’s going to be witchy. 

It’s going to be powerful.

It’s going to reconnect you with your intuition + power while you heal within a community of badass humans. 

I created this program after years of working with clients to feel more empowered in their relationship with their bodies and themselves. I saw that the most impactful healing happened when they were able to create a lasting relationship with their intuition.

This course is designed to help you access your intuition through the somatic exploration of your body, allowing you to tap into the deep inner knowing we all possess.

In the Western world, we live in a hyper-masculine, patriarchal society that highly values logic and often disregards the intuitive knowledge we all hold. 

This is why so many of us move through the world disconnected from our bodies and stuck in our heads.

Being in touch with your intuition is being in touch with yourself and your power.

It is not only possible to reclaim this power, but it is also possible to live a life in which your intuitive wisdom becomes your sidekick as you navigate your one wild and beautiful life.

And let me tell you, it feels so f*cking good.

“What exactly does an intimacy + empowerment coach do?”​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
It probably comes as no surprise that this question comes up all of the time, so I want to share a bit more about what I do.

As an intimacy + empowerment coach, my coaching programs offer tools on how to more freely and passionately enjoy yourself, your body, and your life.

In all of my programs, I use a ta***ic approach to healing and growth which means that the focus will be on getting to know all parts of yourself to fully experience the liberation you so deeply deserve. For many the desired outcome is to feel more pleasure and to do so, you have to embrace your shadow as equally as your light.

After working with hundreds of clients and students, I have developed a variety of programs that focus on the importance of understanding the intuitive wisdom of your body as well as your unique pleasure in reclaiming your power.

Some of the techniques I use in my group and 1:1 coaching are:

This year my business, Charlie Henderson Coaching, is coming at you with a new and improved look.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
With the help of the creative genius herself, , my branding feels like a true representation of the coaching I offer, who I am, and how I want to support my community.
And… it’s f*cking hot.

It’s moody, it’s connected to the elements, it’s approachable, it’s non-binary, it’s q***r, it’s sexy, it’s professional, it's deep, it’s playful, it’s everything I love wrapped into one.

I could not have completed this without the guidance of Zoe Cope. She is not only an out-of-this-world brand designer, she is one of my best friends.

To say that this was one of the most empowering experiences of my life is an understatement.

Over the years I have struggled with how I want to show up as a q***r, non-binary, intimacy + empowerment coach and entrepreneur. With the help of , we made it happen, and I am, so damn proud.

The reason my branding feels so powerful is that I am stepping into a new level of power.
