Welcome to One Body Focus!

Massage therapy found me when I was looking for a way to share my heart for service and work closely with people. My passion is to bring holistic, client-centered care that helps guide you in finding balance in the only body you live in. My practice includes relaxation and therapeutic massage that blends Swedish, Myofascial, and Shiatsu techniques.

My personal commitment is to always bring joy and positivity to my massage practice. At heart, I am a lifelong learner with a boundless enthusiasm for soaking up knowledge and nerding out about the complex wonder of the human body. I love sharing what I know with others and hope to empower each individual to harness their wellness and feel their best. My goal is to provide the highest level of care and treatment to every body that is tailored for each individual to optimize one-body connectedness, relaxation, and ease of movement.
