You are not broken ⛓️‍💥—only the chains of your past need to be released.

Trauma can make you feel disconnected, lost, or numb, but those feelings don’t mean you’re broken. They’re often the result of survival mechanisms that once protected you but now could be holding you back from a vibrant, balanced life.

Healing is about reconnecting with the whole, resilient person you’ve always been and letting go of the belief that you’re damaged. It's about finding compassion and love for all the parts of you- even the ones that kept you safe.

We are here for you as you walk this path, with individual and group therapy in beautiful central SE Portland.
