"I just tried something new, and it’s already changing how I feel!"
For a long time, I thought low energy, aches, and stubborn weight gain were just part of getting older. But after starting Dr. Mark Hyman's 10-Day Detox, I’ve dropped 10 pounds and feel better than I have in years—no cravings, no sugar, just whole, satisfying foods.
I cut out sugar (even the sneaky kinds in grains and processed oils), and focused on simple, organic foods: meat, veggies, nuts, berries, and healthy oils like avocado and olive. The results? Pain fading, energy rising, and honestly, just feeling good in my own skin again.
