Bring your cards, your runes, your bones, your crystal ball or what-have-yous! Come with an open mind and prepare to tap into your intuition. I will guide us in a short grounding meditation, followed by an energetic circle casting, and then we will split into pairs and take turns giving each other readings. We will close our time together with a group discussion about our experiences and divination practices in general.

If you have a hard time quieting your mind, Reiki can be a big help! Having a space away from home/your usual life, that is specifically set up for quiet introspection, and setting the intention to just receive makes such a huge difference! As someone with ADHD I find it can be especially supportive to have Reiki energy and the presence of another person who is helping me through co-regulation to be calm and centered. 💜 ✨

In Yesod we can learn: a greater sense of independence & confidence;greater intuition & psychic ability;mental & emotional health;dreamwork; understanding & recognizing the tides of change.

Series overview: In this series you will learn how to assess the state of each chakra, and several techniques to balance them. Once connected to the chakra, we will use this energy to tap into the subconscious realm associated with the corresponding sphere/spheres on the tree of life, gaining insights into our inner workings and journaling our findings. Each class will involve meditation, journaling & a bit of reiki to help align you with the energies of that sphere.

Wear comfy clothes that you can move in and bring a journal to record your findings.

All class documents will be provided in a google doc, and an optional group check in/Q&A will take place on Google Meet 2 weeks after each class.
