SimWorks USA

SimWorks USA Making things for any spaces of in between.. Times are different now. We’ve realized that the reason is based on a lack of understanding through consumption.

Imagination & Creation of your life quality

Human beings have lost a lot of things so far which cannot be regained completely. Nature and society remind us how much we still don’t know about this world we exist and we’ve noticed that the same issue is happening in our bicycle world. In former days, there was a time when bicycles were locally built by hands and welded with carefully selected tubin

gs and probably those bikes went to our own grandparents. After that, over the decades, Japan eventually became the most important place for bike manufacturing especially when people around the world started using bikes more recreationally. A center of manufacturing is located in other countries while companies in Japan receive their ideas and products massively without any hesitation. Has the Japanese bicycle industry lost not only their production power but imagination as well? Radically, a quite different market could be seen here in Japan if we tapped into our roots: we should've made products by our own hands, increased lines on communication, used the knowledge that we did have, and accepted what we had too much and not. Simworks has started taking an action to change the system against the trend of mass production. Our goal is to give our clients the highest quality of product! We think it is necessary in order to guide the next generation. This is what we stand for and this is our passion we’d like to share with you.

【NEW】SimWorks Rising Hearts Pocket Ts
Artwork by
We asked our favorite friends Josh and Rachel from Variety Shop to help us update our iconic, much-loved Heart and Arrow logo.

They turned it into something cute and powerful with the hearts rising like the sun. They really knocked it out of the park.

We chose earthy colors that feel right for desert rides like this, nature rides, and everyday city riding.

The T-shirts that we elected to use for this go-around have become somewhat of a go-to around here; Comfort Colors Pocket Ts.

【New Color】SimWorks Rover Socks 2026
Our favorite super comfortable socks are now available in new colors: ‘Mountain Sunset’ and ‘Chestnut.’

They’re a great seasonal option for people just looking for a go-to casual sock that could certainly be worn on a bike ride, thrown on after a chilly day of surfing, or hanging out in camp or just strutting around town.

Some quality merino blend socks are a great staple item that can always find a use in just about anyone’s wardrobe.

The colors are memorable- kind of leaning in to 70s retro vibes, they’re a nice weight that we would probably characterize as 3-season.

Made by / North Carolina, USA

Material Construction:
39% Nylon / 29% Merino Wool / 29% Polyester / 3% Lycra

Thank you to folks who placed a Presale Order. We have sold more than a half of this batch so far.🙏

We will be showcasing this bike at .cyclery for the SimWorks Pop Up Tomorrow, FRIDAY 10am-6pm!

If anyone happens to be at , please come see us and say hi at AMG Cyclery in Seaside (18mins from Sea Otter Event) tomorrow!

The ‘High Plains Drifter’ is handcrafted in small batch production here in SimWorks’ home town of Portland, Oregon.

As we did the 1st model in 2022 is a concerted effort in supporting local tradespeople, and contributing to a local economy of skilled creators that continually demonstrate a commitment to exemplary work within our industry.

High Plains Drifter is not trying to skimp on weight, or offer any performance metrics.

It’s a durable, chromoly bicycle frame with butted main triangle tubing intended for off-road riding applications.

It was designed and built to be a lasting machine to take you on a lifetime of memorable adventures. It has ample clearance for 27.5″ x 2.6″ or 29″ x 2.4″ tires.

【SimWorks by Panaracer】SUPER YUMMY 26”
Our classic Super Yummy 26” has been loved by riders across a wide range of bicycles. It’s also one of our favorite tires, one we’re very proud of.

Rounding out the common all-terrain wheel size options, and allowing riders to dust off a classic hardtail relic or build up a versatile getaround machine, lovers of the 559 size can now rejoice and satisfy their craving for a modern, durable and fun-loving tire.

【NEW COLOR】Sim Works Hoodies!
Sakura Season again 🌸 Spring is here, but it still gets chilly once the sun goes down, so a hoodie is still an essential.

We added fresh new colors on our Hoodies as well. We had fully depleted our remaining stock on all of our hooded sweatshirts, so we reupped on 2 great looking new color- Storm Blue and Olive.

The understated sewn on patch is back. Heavier weight than our new crewnecks.

Little roomier fit. Kangaroo pocket. In these shoulder season months, the perfect post cold-plunge warm up, or cozy layer to lull you in to that sated fireside camp daze before you turn in to sleep under the stars.

SimWork by MKS - Bronze Series
Bronze is SimWorks’ favorite colors.
Bubbly Pedal, Tiny Bubbly and Taco Pedal available in Bronze.

The Bubbly Pedal is the founder of SimWorks pedals, with the largest platform in the world. Featuring triple shield bearings engineered by MKS, it provides incredibly smooth performance without feeling heavy. Feel the difference during long rides.

The Tiny Bubbly Pedal follows the design and concept of the Bubbly Pedal but with a narrower size. It still provides ample pedal surface, and is perfect for touring, especially when mobility (like flying) is a factor. The Tiny Bubbly features maintenance-free triple shield bearings, making it less prone to trouble.

The Taco Pedal features a platform size similar to the Bubbly Pedal, with 20 removable spikes on both sides. It offers more grip than the Bubbly series and provides a secure fit for your shoes, even on rough terrain. The Taco Pedal uses cup-and-cone bearings, which can be maintained for long-lasting use.

【NEW】Gettin’ Hungry Stem 4-bolt Faceplate - Lettuce & Tomato
The SimWorks quill stem is back and more secure than ever!

Utilizing the same aluminum faceplate found on our Tomboy and Gettin’ Hungry 1-1/8” threadless stems, you now have the added benefit of making your handlebar swaps a breeze- which hopefully serves to encourage you to try out different bars to find that perfect fit for your favorite bike.

Offered in both 26.0 and 25.4 clamp diameters, 2 classic finishes, and in 5 lengths ranging from 80mm to 120mm- we’ve got a Gettin’ Hungry stem for you and your favorite bike.

We elected to give the 25.4 “Lettuce” variety a slight 100° uprise from the quill insert, while it’s 26.0 “Tomato” counterpart carries on it’s former version’s slightly acute 75° angle.

So dig in. Pull that old bike out of the garage and mount up a new bar and stem combination that’ll have that tired old ride feeling wholly resurrected.

【NEW】SyCip × SimWorks J.J. Bar
In another installment of the handlebar series we’re developing with framebuilder Jeremy Sycip of Santa Rosa, California, we’ve revisited one of his earlier designs.

After updating the JJJ Bar, our attention has turned to the J.J. Bar, originally designed for city riding, and brought up to date with modern specifications.

The updated version refines that idea while improving compatibility: the grip diameter has been changed from 23.8 mm (the traditional road standard) to 22.2 mm, matching standard MTB handlebars.

This adjustment allows the use of flat-bar brake levers, thumb shifters, and index shifters, giving riders more freedom to customize their setups. The design has also been refined for relaxed city commuting, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of urban bicycles.

The J.J. Bar has grown from 620 mm to 740 mm, giving extra width for stability and control, especially useful on gravel roads or longer rides. The 31.8 mm center clamp section has been extended, making it easier to mount front bags, lights, or electronics.

These refinements create a handlebar that harmonizes with diverse riding styles, from everyday city streets to gravel touring and casual commuting.

Material:Heat Treated Aluminum
Width:740 mm (center to center at ends)
Clamp Diameter:31.8 mm
Grip Diameter:22.2 mm
Rise/Drop:0 mm
Grip angle:45 deg.
Grip Area:170 mm
Finish Options:Silver, Black

【NEW】SimWorks With Me Brass Tapered Spacer
We’ve got a new addition to our growing catalog of brass products as of today- with the release of these handsome tapered brass column spacers. We have these produced by a small CNC machine shop in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

There’s 2 stack heights and the OD at the top of the taper matches the OD on our Chromoly stems- which looks nice and tidy. Effectively the same shape as our Alloy Tapered spacers, we’re pleased to have another option for our customers who are keyed in to brass as an aesthetic preference.

These have a pleasant heft to them. We likely won’t be selling many to folks who are tallying grams; and that’s not weighing heavy on us.

We’re excited to see how the surface oxidation presents itself on these spacers long-term. If our first hand experiences with our raw brass ni***es, Turtle Bell and our housing ferrules are any indication - we’re all in for a real treat.
