Real Colorado Cup was a success! The boys walked away from the final game as runner ups with 5 games in 4 days - last of which going into OT and then a 7-deep shoot out.

Great athletes, coaches, soccer siblings, and parents made the trip such a good time. Each day was filled with laughter and memories!

I’m proud of me 🥰

As soon as I got out of the car from my trip, I shifted right to Working Mom mode.

hosted their annual and I was asked to help lead a team. Behind the scenes, my colleagues have been building a new platform for our employee advocacy website. And they asked me to help bring the (early!!) launch to life at the experience!

But life still was life-ing.

Board meetings to attend, ball games to play, dinners to make, and laundry to do…

Somehow, each night, I got to enjoy a glass of wine (or two) thanks to the help of family, friends, coworkers, and other people who really believed in me.

I wouldn’t trade the tired I feel tonight for one second of the last week. It was magical, empowering, and I feel so damn proud of myself!

This feeling proves this path of life is the right one for me 🥰

Ellie is doing t-ball this spring! ⚾️

She’s going to have so much fun being on the team with some of her oldest friends (yes, they’ve known each other since they were about 1!)

She got a cute post-game treat at the end - full fun carbs to replenish that energy. She came in from running the bases and said “I keep getting faster and even tireder…”

Thankful for some technology and nice weather this weekend. ⚽️ Logan’s team crushed the league game Thursday, then went right to battle Friday for the NSC Spring Cup - and came out champions 🏆 Travis & the coach helped set up live stream where I got to see Logan head butt a teammate and get concussed (again). We left early from IN and drove back to see 12 Boys NPL (and many other U14 teams!) crush their championships, too! So many ups and downs this weekend, but I’m so extremely proud of this kid, fighting through the adversity he’s facing to show up with and for his teammates 💚

Arguably my favorite salad - quinoa, chickpea salad from Costco. The hearty ingredients hold up to the dressing sitting on it for a while and all the travel.

Spending time with her is exhausting but her imagination just blows my mind.
