All moms included, no RSVP necessary.

We still have a few spots open for our Pelvic Floor Workshop tomorrow!

What You Will Learn:
- Feel confident in common workout movements by activating the correct muscles
- Leave with a mini-workout you can perform at home to continue to make lasting changes
- Prevent pelvic floor, low back, and hip issues in the future

Who Can Attend:
- Anyone pregnant or postpartum
- Anyone who is curious about the pelvic floor and how it impacts our fitness

Seacoast NH & Southern ME Moms: come join us on our weekly Mom Walk Club!

The purpose of this group is to connect local moms, while at the same time getting some movement and fresh air.

So far we have had 7 walks around the Seacoast area this winter. Some weeks we have had to get creative with the weather, but for the most part things have worked out well!
