Seacoast Public Health Network The Seacoast Public Health Network works to strengthen area public health partnerships in emergency preparedness, community health, and substance misuse.

The Seacoast Public Health Network is comprised of partners, agencies, organizations,municipalities, schools, businesses and neighbors working together to improve health, safety, and wellness 23 towns in eastern Rockingham County including
Our region covers the 23 towns of Brentwood, East Kingston, Epping, Exeter, Fremont, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, Kingston, New Castle, Newfields, Newmarket, Newton, Newington, North Hampton, Nottingham, Portsmouth, Raymond, Rye, Seabrook, South Hampton, Stratham. Primary impact areas include public health emergency preparedness, community health improvement, and substance use disorder prevention and continuum of care resilience. The Seacoast Public Health Network is proud to be a supported program of Lamprey Health Care and proud to host the Seacoast Citizen Corps, including the Medical Reserve Corps and Community Emergency Response Team.

Join HAVEN’s February Self‑Care Drive! All month long, we’re collecting new, unopened self‑care items to support the individuals and families staying in our shelter. These small comforts can make a meaningful difference for survivors as they rest and rebuild.

We're welcoming multiple community partners to Gather this week – New Hampshire Food Bank, Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, WorkReadyNH, and M&T Bank!

Be sure to check out when each partner will be on-site and stop into our Portsmouth Pantry market to learn more about these important resources - drop-ins are welcome:

- Today – Tuesday, January 27: NH Food Bank’s SNAP Outreach team is here at Gather to help you with your SNAP application from 11am-2pm.

- Wednesday, January 28: Community Action Partnership of Strafford County is here to help connect you with their services from 10:30am-4pm.

- Thursday, January 29: WorkReadyNH is here from 10am-1pm. Stop in to learn more about their tuition-free courses that help build career confidence.

Friday, January 30: M&T Bank is here from 12-2pm to offer guidance and answer questions.

We’re happy to collaborate with more community partners here at Gather, allowing for increased access to important resources for our members — one of the many benefits of our new, expanded space here at Heritage Ave in Portsmouth!

Keep yourself warm by dressing in layers when temperatures drop. Wear 2-3 layers, a beanie, some gloves, and waterproof boots to keep your body heat in and the cold out. Bundling up makes all the difference!
