I’m shook! As I saw 11:11 I turned on my radio to hear the song “I saw the sign”. 😳

I believe numbers are one of the ways I receive messages and confirmation of things. I don’t always know the exact message in the moment but I trust that it means I’m simply on the right track. On my walk today I also saw a dragonfly and a butterfly, both also signs I receive.

Sometimes I second guess that these are actual signs for me but it’s a little hard to discount today I think. 🤷‍♀️

I hear it’s all about finding your peace.
Enjoying the time you spend with yourself.

The last few days have not played out the way I had planned but they allowed me the opportunity to do just that.

If you know me - you know the water has never been my friend. Lately, I find myself drawn to it though. And sitting in my room just listening to the ocean…by myself…I can honestly say it felt peaceful.

I think it’s more than just finding your peace though. I think it’s a mix of that along with finding the joy in that peace. Knowing that You are that peace. You are that joy. That it doesn’t come from anyone else.

It’s taken a lot of hard work for me to get to this place. And there’s still more to do. But I’m grateful for how far I’ve come and I can’t wait to keep going.

Never forget that you can do hard things!

What an amazing morning!

Today we released our root chakra in my group meditation class. When I was leaving, I had a message from the universe….”Never forget the difference you’ve made”. I found this pendant on the ground outside the door to my studio. ❤️
