And my heart is just…full.

Standing in front of a room of women at DAR, sharing pieces of my story and what I’ve learned about self-care, resilience, and coming back home to yourself - it just felt….aligned…in a way I can’t fully explain.

Not flashy.
Not performative.
Just real.

I’m deeply grateful for every step that led here - the hard seasons, the quiet work, the healing, the practice. It all matters.
