🥪 SOMC VOLUNTEERS - Join us for “Brown Bag” Lunch Day at Wolford’s Landing Campground on Monday, May 18th from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.!

SOMC Volunteer Services invites volunteers to stop by, relax for a bit, and enjoy a tasty brown bag lunch as a small token of appreciation for all you do. It’s the perfect opportunity to grab a bite, visit with fellow volunteers, and enjoy a little midday fellowship at the campground. Looking forward to seeing you there!

National Chocolate Chip Day was definitely a sweet success‼️

Our volunteers thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the occasion with these delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies, lovingly made by Jenny Lavender’s daughter-in-law. From the smiles to the sweet treats, it was the perfect way to brighten the day and show a little appreciation for the wonderful volunteers who give so much of themselves.

Chocolate Chip Day - Friday ‼️

There probably isn’t a single day that couldn’t be made better with chocolate… especially when it’s homemade chocolate chip cookies🍪.

And lucky for us, Friday, May 15th is National Chocolate Chip Day, which sounds like the perfect excuse to treat yourself to one of these amazing, soft, buttery, loaded with melty chocolate chip cookies, and made especially for our volunteers by Jenny Lavender’s daughter-in-law (Amanda). Yes, these cookies will be waiting in the Volunteer Office…while they last.
