Vision: We aim to help women find inner peace and freedom. As a member of Brave Girls, I offer 1-1 brave girl sessions for survivors of childhood/complex trauma. Healing from childhood trauma is a process. Our safety was taken away at an age where we were learning in the world who to trust. It is not easy to own our story and love ourselves. The story we tell has the power to transform us or limit us and close us off to truly living our best life! You may not feel it now but best believe that you are destined for greatness! We are hard-wired to live out a story based on how we make meaning of the world around us. It's part of our survival. Part of our DNA. Unhealed childhood trauma can make us feel stuck. Can make us live out our story in constant survival mode. We can feel disconnected, unable to build healthy relationships and regulate our emotions. No-one is immune from trauma. Trauma survivors include people from all walks of life regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, language, employment, and/or immigration status.
​Recovering from trauma can seem insurmountable. Through your recovery journey, you may experience some serene moments and other times, moments where you found yourself in the wilderness. That is all part of healing and I am here to encourage you on this journey. God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day. Psalm 46:5
