Tanita Brinkley is an award-winning accountant, event space owner, and dynamic conference host who has graced the stage alongside industry leaders like Damon Dash, Rasheeda & Kirk Frost, Yandy Smith, Erica Dixon, and more. She is the powerhouse behind Tanita Brinkley Enterprises, owner of Luxury Affairs Event Center, and the visionary founder of the Secure The Bag Conference.
Currently serving as General Manager at Kascades Lounge, one of Virginia Beach’s premiere venues, Tanita continues to make an impact both in business and in her community. She proudly hosts free seminars within Portsmouth Public Schools, inspiring and uplifting the next generation. Her passion for service also shines through initiatives such as hosting her own radio show, free tax and real estate seminars, and various community programs.
A proud native of New York City, Tanita brings over 19 years of accounting experience to the table. Her career began in 2006 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she worked with major clients such as Sony and Goldman Sachs. In 2010, she boldly stepped away from corporate America to build her own practice, since then, she has helped hundreds of small businesses nationwide with services including bookkeeping, tax preparation, budgeting, and consulting. Her success stories include reducing IRS debt, untangling bookkeeping and payroll issues, filing years of back taxes, and guiding businesses through entity changes for tax advantages.
