Whether it's personal training, group training or virtual training I WANT TO HELP YOU WIN! I have 3 monthly packages that you're able to choose from ranging from 1-3 times per week. GROUP CLASSES : MONTHLY OR DROP IN FOR $10. MON. 6P.M. - 7P.M. TUES. 5A.M - 6A.M

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Kudos going out to one of my most consistent clients. Jennifer has overcome so much. However, she does not let any of it stop her from always SHOWING UP, SHOWING OUT and being GREAT!
