Sacred spaces at the Sanctuary through ceremony and honoring the land🌱💚

Ceremony brings the sacred into ordinary life. For tens of thousands of years, ceremonies have been universally used to help communities navigate change and welcome new cycles.

Performing ceremonies creates a bridge between the material world we live in, and the world of the unseen, the divine, the power of the universe. Through ceremony we can create a partnership between ourselves and spiritual forces to manifest a desired outcome.

Why do we in modern times believe that we don’t need the help of ceremonies to navigate change, cycles and healing in our life? Why is it that we have disconnected ourselves from essential ways of being in life?

To bring back more soul into our lives we can think of bringing in more ceremony and rituals.

Think of transitioning into a new home, job, part of the world, project, or a new phase of life. Why not create your own rituals for the small and big initiations in life? OUR FIRST COUPLES RETREAT IS COMING UP IN OCTOBER💜

Good relationships don’t happen overnight. They take commitment, compromise, forgiveness and most of all — effort.

Falling in love is the easy part. The challenge for couples is how to reestablish emotional intimacy through authentic communication and cultivate consciousness, which is the essence of a lasting relationship.

Some relationships may look like magic, but it really is composed of tiny moments of choice. Choosing to tell the truth. Noticing that you are projecting, and finding the courage to take responsibility. Choosing to feel rather than go numb. Choosing to communicate about a broken agreement. Choosing to support your partner as they goes through deep feelings.

Ultimately, once these skills are practiced and internalized, the relationship can flow effortlessly. Once your nervous system learns to feel safe and does not need to numb itself by lying, breaking agreements, and hiding feelings, the creativity starts to flow and the relationship flourishes.

Every time we make a conscious effort to release inner contraction, unfreezing the layers of fear that keep our spontaneity in check - we move closer towards authenticity, liberation and thus innate happiness.

This retreat offers the opportunity to work with Mother Ayahuasca in a different way. We will be ingesting small doses of this medicine throughout the ceremony to be able to immediately integrate what is coming up, through movements and sounds.

During our Initiation Path Retreat, we dive deep into understanding where your current beliefs and patterns stem from, taking it all the way back to childhood and your relationship with your mother and father. Through different partner exercises and personal development practices, you will be able uncover what lies beneath these limiting beliefs and what may be holding you back from living your truest potential. We complete the week with sacred plant medicine journey, Mother Ayahuasca. It is a week full of insights, teachings, healing, transformation, release, acceptance, love and so much more.

April at the Sanctuary🌟

Spring has been such a beautiful time for us on our land. The inspiring Spring energy is encouraging for new beginnings. It's here to fuel your growth as the days get longer & the sun grows warmer. Spring is a joyful time. Everything is coming alive. Nature is waking up & being reborn.

The same thing is happening within you. Your spirit is coming alive with hopeful, excited energy. Parts of you are being reborn in ways they never have before.

This time of year your spirits are bright & coming alive with new ideas. Your work this season is to determine which of your winter dreams you want to focus spring’s powerful growth energy on.

Which seeds will you be tending to, nourish and care for?

Approach your daydreams & new ideas with a light-hearted, child-like spirit. Because this is the season of illumination. Spring brings clarity. This is the time to get really clear on what you want to see grow in your life & what you want to harvest later this year.

The Aluna Lion Hearted Retreat is a deep initiation for men into a space of healing through intentional ceremony and gathering in tribe.

You are being offered the opportunity to be amongst men, reflect together with men, be vulnerable amongst men and feel supported by men. A group of men is in itself medicine- for brotherhood is a sacred thing. In this container men can, individually and as a group, start seeing themselves in a new light. Going through a transformative experience like this with together with other men will evoke feelings of brotherhood, safety, bonding, support and radical integrity that most men long for.

No matter what you’re currently going through: uncertainty, lack of support, unhealthy thought patterns, identity crisis, addictions, loneliness, disconnection, lack of purpose, etc. this process will help you rise beyond your current circumstances.

This is an invitation for those men who feel that they want to contribute to, learn from and explore with other brothers what true masculinity “The Lion Hearted” means.
