Had our annual summer get together for some team building and fun with our families. It’s always full of laughs. I didn’t take enough pictures.

We are in search of a full time guardian or 2 part time guardians. The requirements are strict to become a certified guardian as you are making life decisions for others. JBCC requirements are Bachelor's Degree, RN certification or 2 years of guardianship experience. A background check by fingerprinting, no bankruptcy and you have to pass a certification test. For more information on requirements to become certified go to txcourts.gov.

Travel is paid, phone is reimbursed. Work from the comfort of your home with flexible hours, however please keep in mind you will be on call 24/7 for your wards. About 50% is traveling to see wards and 50% is administrative. Transportation needs to be reliable as we service a very large area: Grayson, Collin, Denton, Fannin, Cooke, Dallas, Kaufman. We do our best to keep you from traveling no more than hour from where you live.

Everyone on our Donation Christmas Tree has been bought for. Thank you to all that donated. I am seeing pictures coming in of our wards who were so happy to get a Christmas Gift this year! It truly is a blessing to see!

This year we took a cookie class for our Christmas get together. It’s never a dull moment with this group. Needless to say none of us will be quitting our day jobs to become cookie decorators. Merry Christmas from TGG!

Everyone has been bought For! Thank you to all that Donated!

TCOG is hosting our Christmas Charity Tree this year. Go by and pick an elderly or disabled person off of the tree. They love getting Christmas Gifts. If you aren’t able to get by TCOG we have a google document with the list just let us know who you want to pick and we will pull them from the tree. We can also take monetary donations and do the shopping for you.
