✨ Barre Flow Class Schedule ✨
Monday: 7:00am
Tuesday: 6:30pm
Wednesday: 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:15am
Barre Flow combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates in a low-impact, full-body workout. This class focuses on smaller muscle groups using the ballet barre for support, flowing through intentional sequences that build strength, control, and body awareness.
Each 45-minute class includes a warm-up, barre exercises using light weights, resistance bands, barre ball, yoga block, and power circle, and finishes with a restorative cool-down to promote recovery. Suitable for all levels.
Classes are capped at 5 people to keep things small, supportive, and intentional 🤍
