You replay the conversation.
You analyze what you said.
What they meant.
What you should have done differently.
And on the outside, everything still looks handled.
You’re showing up.
Taking care of your family.
Keeping things moving.
Doing what needs to be done.
But inside… your mind doesn’t turn off.
