You replay the conversation.
You analyze what you said.
What they meant.
What you should have done differently.

And on the outside, everything still looks handled.

You’re showing up.
Taking care of your family.
Keeping things moving.
Doing what needs to be done.

But inside… your mind doesn’t turn off.

This is especially common for women who are used to holding a lot.
Responsibility.
Emotional weight.
Expectations—both spoken and unspoken.

And it can start to feel like something is wrong with you.

It’s not.

Your anxiety isn’t random.
It’s your system trying to process something it doesn’t quite feel safe resolving yet.

Not something to push through.
Not something to ignore.

Something to understand.

Because when you get underneath it—
that’s where things actually begin to shift.

So many women wait until things feel unbearable before they reach out for support.

We’re taught to handle things on our own.
To push through.
To wait until it’s “bad enough” to justify getting help.

But you don’t have to live like that.

Support doesn’t have to be a last resort.

can shift more than you expect.

I’m a woman who spent years trying to “save” people… and then wondered why I felt lonely, drained, and disconnected from the relationships I actually wanted.

Here’s what I eventually realized:

Sometimes the reason you can’t find your people isn’t because they don’t exist.

It’s because your energy is completely tied up in relationships that no longer align with who you’re becoming.

If you’re constantly overgiving, overhelping, rescuing, fixing… there’s no room to truly see the people who are vibrating at the same frequency as you.

And no, this doesn’t mean becoming cold or abandoning people.

It means creating healthier boundaries.

It means gently stepping back from relationships that only survive because you keep over-functioning in them.

It means allowing yourself to stop carrying people who don’t actually want to walk beside you.

Because the more you clear space…
the easier it becomes to recognize the soul friendships, loving relationships, and aligned connections that were waiting for you all along.

Sometimes the question isn’t:
“Where are my people?”

Sometimes the question is:
“What relationships do I need to release to make room for them?” 🤍

A lot of perfectionists secretly believe that if they can just “get it right,” they’ll finally feel good enough.

So they overthink.
Delay.
Start over.
Wait until they feel more ready, more certain, more perfect.

Not because they’re lazy.
Because the fear of failing feels so personal.

But growth requires being bad at things first.
Messy first drafts.
Learning as you go.
Showing up before you feel fully ready.

And the truth is… your worth was never supposed to be earned through perfection 🤍

So many of us were taught (directly or indirectly) that a mother's love looks like self-sacrifice.

That being a “good mom” means putting yourself last.
Pushing through exhaustion.
Holding everything together.
Giving and giving and giving.

And then feeling guilty the moment you rest.

But your worth was never meant to be measured by how depleted you are.

Rest is not selfish.
Joy is not irresponsible.
Taking care of yourself does not take love away from the people around you.

In fact, when you allow yourself to breathe… soften… receive support…
you give the people you love permission to do the same.

This Mother’s Day, I hope you remember:
You do not have to earn rest.
You are already worthy of it 🤍

A newly published 4-year study from MD Anderson Cancer Center looked at no-touch biofield therapy (a form of energy healing) and its effects on pancreatic cancer, one of the most aggressive and difficult-to-treat cancers.

Here’s what researchers found in preclinical models (cells + animal studies, meaning no placebo effect):

Metastasis to the liver was reduced by over 50%
Cancer cell growth and invasiveness decreased significantly
Key cancer-related genes were downregulated
Results were consistent across multiple practitioners

Most people think the way to beat self-doubt is to “work harder” or “shout over it.”

But in a high-stakes environment (like an episode of The Pitt… or, you know, your life), that usually just creates more tension.

Because that voice doesn’t go away when you fight it.
It just gets louder.

So instead of trying to shut it down, try this:

Turn toward it.

Ask—gently, not sarcastically—
“Why do you think that?”

And then wait.

What often comes up isn’t random.
It’s a memory. A moment. A place where you learned something about yourself that wasn’t actually true.

That’s where the voice got its script.

And when you see that, you can respond differently.

You can say:
“I understand why you think that… but that’s not true anymore.”

That’s when the intensity starts to drop.
That’s when you can move forward without getting stuck in the spiral.
