Last call for tomorrow’s orders!

Andddd 😩 After two long days of chopping and shoveling ice, we’ve made a safe walking path to the porch, but the driveway still isn’t drivable without 4WD.

For tonight and tomorrow’s pickups, I’m more than happy to:
• walk your order down to your car
• set your bag in the pickup bin on the porch
• set up a pickup table at the bottom of the driveway

Just let me know what you prefer, would love if you could message me ahead of time so that I can be ready for you. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, this weather has been no joke, and I’m so grateful for y’all.

Just a real-life moment over here.

While prepping for Quarterfield Markets’ reopening, I doubled my Ranch Hand Salve recipe and learned the hard way that “more” isn’t always better 😅
Spilled all over the jars and counters.

Not every day is pretty. Still grateful. Still moving forward.

Accidents happen. Life happens. This is part of the process too.

Hi friends!

Our hearts are heavy that we weren’t able to bake for our community this week and help prepare for the winter storm. Between preparing for the winter storm ourselves and an intense asthma flare for our littlest dude, we decided to pause so we could give him our full attention and care.

Thank you for the grace, understanding, prayers, and well wishes you’ve shown our family this week. It truly means more than you know.

We hope everyone stays safe and warm through the storm. We’ll be so happy to be back in the kitchen baking for you next week, with pick-ups on the 29th and 31st.

For those curious about the layers (because this bread is extra fun 😅)
This croissant loaf is made using 4 letter (tri-fold) laminations. Each letter fold triples the butter layers:
• 1st fold → 3 layers
• 2nd fold → 9 layers
• 3rd fold → 27 layers
• 4th fold → 81 butter layers

So the true total is 81 buttery layers of goodness 🧈🥐
