What does it feel like when you turn up the whispers in your heart
and
start to turn down, dissolve, and mute projections and comparisons with others about what and how you should eat, wear, think, believe, buy, exercise, and feel?
You start to listen, hear, feel, and believe what you need and want without the quick fixes and must haves.
I have heard them all.... on replay blasting from all directions.
“how are you working out to fit your wedding dress?”
“Don’t eat ____, to look like _____.
“Do _____ to get your pre baby body back”
“I need to give up ______ to look like her”
“Only if I exercise, I can eat the ______”
“I have to be good before vacation”
So much noise in our heads, that takes us out of our bodies. Our bodies want us to move, enjoy, and feel good like we are on vacation every damn day. Our heads need a breather.
What if we don’t want to change or fix and anything? What if we want to arrive in the moment and be here?
