It’s ok if your workouts are simple in the early stages, or you’ve just returned from a lengthy break.
Dont put yourself in situations that trigger unproductive behavior. If we know it’s not good for us and conducive to our goals we are not obligated to participate. You can show up for your well being by saying no to things. It’d probably do you some good.
Don’t start with the mindset that the game will come to an abrupt end after 2,4,6 weeks have past and then I’ll go back to my old habits. Establish the mindset of mastering self discipline which you can then use to control the outcomes you rise to each day. A sustainable system or routine for nourishment from Whole Foods, Resistance training regularly. Get Plenty of steps in each day (activity) This is my lifestyle now until I leave.
