In 1980, I owned a 1978 American Motors Pacer Station wagon with a 252 6-cylinder engine. The engine was missing while it was idling, and would miss some after it was given some gas. I had already changed plugs and points, set timing, and checked the quality of the gasoline, yet nothing seemed to help. While in Las Cruces, New Mexico at the Southwestern New Mexico State Fair, my wife and I were discussing the car. A lady in a booth overheard my complaints about the car, and interrupted our conversation. She said she had a product that might help, but she couldn't guarantee it to work. My immediate thought was, "Yep, here's another person trying to sell me a bill of goods. I wonder how much this stuff costs?" If it doesn't work, you owe me nothing." That was fair, so I took her can of Power Foam. I put the can in the car, and forgot about it, because I didn't want to use it in my fairly new car. A week or so later, a friend of mine came over to my house in a 1951 Chevrolet pickup that was doing the same thing as my car, so I figured we could use this Power Foam in his pickup. He said his pickup would only go about 50 mph with his foot on the floor. We followed the directions on the can of Power Foam and put it in his pickup. After we let it set for about 30 minutes, we started it up. It smoked so bad, and I was afraid we had damaged his motor, but we got on the highway anyway. Before we realized it, we were going almost 70 mph while we were talking and not paying attention. WOW!!!! I thought that since it helped his pickup, I would try it in my car, so I paid her for the that can of Power Foam, and I bought another one. Guess What????? It did the same for my car, and it purred like a kitten after that. This is the reason I first became an AMSOIL Dealer in 1980. AMSOIL Products have never disappointed me since that time.
