Happy 4th Birthday, One Psychological Services! 🎉

Just like a toddler, this was the year we hit our growth spurt and things fell into place. I am so grateful for my team, family, and community of support. I couldn’t do any of this without you.

And I am especially grateful to our clients, who entrust us with their mental health. It is an honor to serve you.

Moving forward, I will be reminding myself of this every time I’m about to make an unnecessary, rescuer-type, care-taking decision. Sometimes the best thing we can do is give others the space to problem solve on their own, knowing they have our full love and support. ♥️
