hanging out w the kings 🙇🏽‍♂️ feeling thankful for the presence of the divine masculine — the safety when the world feels unbearable.. the strength when I feel weak.. the wisdom, the love, the truth, the playfulness, the container. Thank you masculinity.. thank you thank you thank you.

Men, may you always come back to the truth of You and the gifts you’ve been given in this life and in this body. In a world that has robbed you of this power, I ask you now to reclaim it; not in getting power OVER but in giving power TO. It is the natural essence of the masculine to give.. when masculinity is off balance there will be too much focus on the self and of taking/receiving.. yet, the most profound gift to receive is the ability to give, to provide for and to serve. Your strength is admirable and ability to live in the present moment is profoundly grounding…

So now, give wholeheartedly, unabashedly to the world around you! Share your medicine, offer your strength, give life through your playfulness and joy! Do this and watch your heart fill up faster than you ever felt imaginable.. do this without an expect for a return, but only with a desire to return to your essence and your natural state of being.

With this being said, give where you know the energy will grow and won’t be taken for granted or wasted.. give to fertile grounds and to hearts that wish to receive.. Give to where you feel called and listen to your Heart.

Your medicine is powerful and we need you.

surrender is filled with Grace;
it is not in the deep surrender that we find pain in, but in the resistance to
It is not love that hurts,
but in the closing off to its healing balm
through fear of being hurt again,
yet love will never hurt you
her touch is so graceful

fear constricts & binds
and I’ve been confined
within it’s grips
my energy began to leak
although it was subtle at first
time told of the depletion
& spoke loudly of my exhaustion
the tension cried out for release
“Surrender me!! Allow me to breathhhe!”

finally I know; finally I see
& I wish to be free

I speak now of liberation
& sing of surrender
may my life be a reflection of deep trust
may my bravery be contagious the causation of those around me walking toward their freedom too

within surrender lies grace
within allowing lies becoming
allow, surrender, become
& Grace shall fill your heart
