I did some work last Saturday!!

Protection work cause.....always!! Anyway, as im viewin my work, i start to record it which is rare for me to do. Listen!! Sometimes we do stuff & gotta be saved from ourselves!! My peoples said AHT MUTHAFUQN AHT!!!! I looked back at the video & couldnt see a nmad thing!!!! Ok yall, loud & mfn clear!!!

Sometimes we be tryna do ish with our spirituality, and our spiritual court be like....nahhhhhh dont do that so they mess a lil bit up. You just gotta have enough of a connection so that when it happens you know its prevention with reason & not a block to your blessing.

Grand Risings Beloveds!! Im sitting out over my garden in contemplation over a few things. Coming to an impasse i feel the overwhelming frustration roll in...
...& i breathe........a deep in a steady out i breathe a breathe deep & steady & releasing. Letting go of all the frustration of a few days i just breathe......

Sometimes we gotta just breathe & let it go.
Sometimes the details, rights/wrongs, none of that matters. Sometimes a deep & steady breath releasing the situation is the best remedy in aids to healing.
