I’ve just gotta give a quick little update on the feel goods I had today.

Today was one of those moments that reminds me why I do this.

A client came with a party of five girls for a fun spa party and she initially wanted  a 30 minute facial and a 30 minute massage out of confusion😉 . But as we discussed, it was determined she was dealing with jaw and neck pain, and needed some relief! Just maybe a little extra massage during a facial might help?! 

So as I started the process of a simple facial, I had determined that through gentle facial cupping and therapeutic massage, she actually found relief. Watching the tension melt and hearing her say she felt better — that’s the good stuff.

Sometimes it’s not about transformation or results you can see… it’s about comfort, relief, and finally being able to exhale.

Grateful for the trust my clients place in my hands every day ✨
