When we use our senses mindfully during spring, we tap into the rich tapestry of experiences that the season offers. We marvel at the sight of blossoming flowers, listen to the symphony of birdsong, breathe in the fragrant scents of blooming plants, feel the warmth of the sun on our skin, and taste the crisp sweetness of fresh fruits and vegetables.
