We launched off the first week with intentions and Introductions by decorating journals and sharing what everyone would like out of the workshop...
This week is all about the Fundamentals of journaling! Learn not only the importance of getting thoughts & emotions on paper but how to do it in such a way to create clearer & calmer pathways to thinking.
