My quick travel workout - No rest - No BS - 15 min

It’s tough to stay fit when you’re on holiday. A good amount of calories are burned when sightseeing, but on those sedentary, drinking beers by the beach/pool days - having a good routine keeps my mind, body, and soul happy.

100-200 pushups (Any variation, just get ‘er done)

100-200 abdominals (Any variation)

100-200 squats (Any variation)

Need a “break”? 30 second planks or do more of a different workout - just keep moving.

Finish it off with 5 minutes of relaxing compound stretching.

Why do this? Increased metabolism, maintenance, immunity, heart health, definition and prevention of fat gain.

For extra benefits, I like to push myself a little further each week for increased strength. This workout is also great if you’re having a busy week or month and can’t hit the gym for an hour.
