We are a studio dedicated to the art and science of yoga and its capacity to help us experience the radiance of our heart and spirit. The beginner will be supported by articulate and clear directions and a mindful pace, while the more advanced student will benefit from the refined instructions aimed to deepen awareness, skillful actions, and expression of the inner and outer pose. Classes offer th

oughtful and intentional sequencing as well as various modifications for each level of practitioner. Full Radiance Yoga respects the sacred architecture of the human form including honoring the four curves of the spine. The practice addresses not simply weakness, instability, or imbalance at the superficial levels of the musculature, but helps the practitioner recover and embody their innate birthright of strength, flexibility, balance, and freedom by understanding how each of the individual parts affect the entirety of the body/mind/spirit matrix. To lay down and be bathed with music layered and flowing in waves is to rejuvenate and clear and take deep rest. The yoga tradition speaks to the vibratory nature of Reality, of Consciousness, and names this spandana. Some sound and music helps us attune and align with our deep truth and being. Classes are open to all levels of students. The beginner will be supported by articulate and clear directions and a mindful pace, while the more advanced student will benefit from the refined instructions aimed to deepen awareness, skillful actions, and expression of the inner and outer pose. Classes offer thoughtful and intentional sequencing as well as various modifications for each level of practitioner. AnusaraYoga respects the sacred architecture of the human form including honoring the four curves of the spine. Essential to each Anusara Class is a framework of the yoga philosophy and perspective. Sara transmits an experience and understanding of the interdependence and interconnectedness between spirit and body by articulating the ways the body’s actions and movements correlate with the ancient teachings of yoga. To that aim, each class is supported by sacred yoga texts, yoga philosophy, Ayurvedic wisdom, or other teaching. Classes held at: All That Matters 128 N.
