Some say it’s impossible to free ourselves from the disturbances that live in our bodies. But that’s only because it requires traveling the pathways of consciousness… to the ancestors, to the bodies that lived before us.

That consciousness is not gone. It still exists. And when we connect with it, healing happens.

I’m not against science but modern science was built on the worldview of a dead universe. That idea was never true. It was driven by economics, power, and politics. And it keeps us from remembering what’s already alive inside us.

We are living replications of all the bodies that came before us. The emotions, experiences, and unprocessed stories of our ancestors travel forward, encoded in us at both the cellular and quantum level.

Even though I’m posting this in October, this has nothing to do with “spooky” season. It’s the beautiful reality of how consciousness moves through time.

When I work with people and follow these pathways, especially ancestral ones, I help people fulfill their intentions by gently clearing what stands in the way. And every time, I learn something new about the deep architecture of the human experience.

Even as a child, my parents would find me under the moonlight, building forts, playing with dolls, drawing and creating.

That part of me never really changed. I still love that quiet, psychic space between dreams and dawn. But what truly transformed my life was when I began to align with the pulsing light of the morning sun, to wake with a collective breath.

So when I woke up and heard the birds, it was like I came alive and my frequency came alive and with that, I could dip my pen into my heart and I could write from a place of where nothing had yet happened except the dreamer in me.

Morning pages, altar practices, and gentle movement have become portals to cast the energy of my inner dreamer into the day ahead verses having this unwinding late night alone space to collect what was remaining of my creative pulse.

Night will always hold its magic…
but there’s something deeply intentional, luminous, and alive about a morning practice.

What Am I Really Doing?

I ask myself this question every day because I use it as a took for my own expansion.

So what am I really doing?

I work with people around what lives inside their bodies and quietly interferes with their good life. It might show up as a pattern, a feeling, a habit, a pain. Sometimes it’s the weight of the past that’s hard to digest, the fear of what’s ahead, or the shutting down of the present moment.

The way I support is by meeting what’s already in the body: the imprints, the anchors, the stories much older than we are. I follow these inherited pathways and I trace them back to their source. That’s where healing opens.

We are taught to chase more. More success. More love. More proof that we matter.

Since childhood, the chase has been woven into us. I remember one of my first lessons in it - I was in third grade. The student who read the most books in a month would win lunch with Mrs. Chapel, one of the kindest, most beautiful teachers I knew.
I read and read to win that lunch. And when the day came, I was proud. But as I buckled into her car and sat across from her at the restaurant table, my pride dissolved. I froze. I couldn’t eat or speak. I stared at her, silent, holding back nervous tears and awkward words. I missed my friends. I missed my parents. And I wondered, “Why did I want this in the first place?”

That moment planted a seed I wouldn’t understand for decades.
Just this week, I saw that same pattern resurfaced. A carrot dangled in front of me, and I began to chase it, not because it arose from the soul or stirred joy within, but because I fell into a trance of keeping up, of taking the next logical step in the race of becoming more. I caught myself mid-run on the hamster wheel, and stopped. I know that motion well. For years, it defined my life.

As a psychotherapist, I had what many would call success. A full calendar, long waitlist, clients transforming, and work that mattered. From the outside, it looked like I had arrived. Inside, I was quietly unraveling. I was the therapist, receptionist, biller, and emergency contact all in one. My creativity dimmed. My body spoke in symptoms I refused to feel. The shadow of “more” disguised itself as service, as excellence, as compassion. But beneath it all, it was fear. Fear of not being enough unless I was producing, healing, or proving my value through others’ transformation.

Then I found Systemic Family Constellations, and everything began to shift. With each constellation, I could feel my heart awakening to the beat of purpose. My soul began to breathe again. The places in my life where I had been tolerating “just enough” became intolerable. Relationships changed. Offerings evolved. My definition of success dissolved and regenerated in extraordinary ways. I witnessed how quickly the soul moves when it’s given space.

The drive for more transformed. What once sought approval, status, and the hollow measures of worth - from my childhood home to the world of business - now flowed differently. “More” became the pulse of spirit, a widening of presence, a natural unfolding of what wants to emerge. It is no longer measured in numbers, productivity, achievement, or accolades, but in depth, resonance, and the hidden currents of life moving through me.
More is now attuned with the infinite. Abundance without scarcity, mystery without expectation, a deep belonging to life and to the generous moment. Each yes, each release, each breath becomes a gateway into the evolutionary current where the soul moves with fluidity and life’s subtle alchemy unfolds without force.

This week, I thanked my soul for remembering me when I drifted from alignment. In moments of expansion, we are most tempted by the lure of “do this, achieve that.” The promises of quick success, recognition, or growth pull us away from the deeper current of our true knowing.

But staying connected to our deeper current is where the true magic happens. Real manifestation does not come from following someone else’s blueprint or rule book to the “next level.” It comes from tuning into your own pulse, listening to the subtle currents of your purpose, and moving with the intelligence of your soul. Magic shows up when you stop chasing and start being - when you bring your unique gifts fully into the world through the channels that life has provided you as a conduit of creation.

When I complete my morning pages or moonshine reflections, I typically sign and seal my writing with “thank you Universe, more please.” And for me, the message - “more please” - is an agreement with the Field that is co-creating with me. It’s a full bodied yes to the art of “more” as written in the stars.
It is the breath between worlds, the place where your longing meets the creative pulse of the universe and requires…

An opening in your mind.
An opening in your expectations.
An opening that allows the mystery to enter.

I have crafted my new Program to teach you the techniques I’ve learned on co-creating with the cosmic pulse, on connecting heaven and earth in an embodied rhythm, and accessing prosperity in its truest essence. The Alchemical Team I’ve put together are all folks who have had an incredible impact on my life and I’m excited to share them with you. Through sound, we’ll vibrate with the frequencies of enlivened life force.

Every act of care is intentional and every choice towards love opens another portal of “more.”

Our agreement to “more” welcomes the light of Venus to rise in our sky and amplify the pulse of joy to hum louder than our fear.
The universe mirrors what we emit and amplifies it in waves beyond sight.

Every desire, every song of our heart, ripples through the sea and returns multiplied.

Trust this.

This is how you become a creator of and collaborator with the more.

Together, we traced a timeline of Israel, Germany, and Palestine…

In 2012, I was invited by a special group of Jewish people in Sweden to create something extraordinary in Stockholm. Together, we traced a timeline of Israel, Germany, and Palestine, walking through the hallways of history…even with a representative from Auschwitz. What emerged was beyond words, but it also laid out a clear picture as to how we got to where we are today.

When I woke on the morning of October 8th two years ago, and looked at the news online, I knew this was coming. And here we are 2 years later….

When we can follow the patterns and the arc of history, we can start to understand where we are today and how we got here…

This is at the heart of what I teach in my Science, Myth & Magic Masterclass: how to see the arcs and patterns that move through history, your life, your relationships, your emotions, and the forces of humanity, ancestors, nature, and spirit that swirl all around us, creating our reality.

We’re taught to chase more.
More love, more money, more followers, more impact, more education, more influence. 
But in that chase, we forget the pulse of the Earth, the rhythm of breath, the intelligence of rest, and our own true permission to simply be - to exist just as we are.

Success, as defined by the overculture, often pulls us away from our natural belonging.
It rewards and praises achievement, without fully empowering alignment. It conditions us to people please or keep up with the Jones’, to give “them” what they want, and disconnects us from the chorus of consciousness that’s truly mapping “the more” as co-created with the cosmic pulse of the Universe.

I’m daring to step out of that story.
To belong instead to the systems of natural law.
To move at the pace of truth.
To define success by how rooted, alive, and awakened I am by the living world.
