If Energy Work is what you are looking for, Shelly will conduct a Reiki and/or Integrated Energy Healing session combined with crystals, tuning forks, and other energetic modalities to foster energy movement through the chakras, leading to relaxation, release, and ease within the body, mind, and spirit. Shelly will customize your service using a combination of massage and energy work to fit your needs leaving you feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated, all in the comfort of your own home.
