We are currently looking for another supervisor to join our small team that strives to serve our clients and fosters a family-like culture for employees.

We emphasize Trauma-Informed Care and an assent-based approach. This supervisor position is hybrid (telehealth and in-person) and is locally owned and operated by a BCBA.

As a QASP-S (Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisor) or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) in our village, you can expect:

- Clinical decisions stay with clinicians—not investors.
- Emphasis on clinical outcomes, not just billable metrics.
- Time for supervision, program development, parent training, and team meetings.
- Realistic client numbers versus maximizing utilization.
- Strong adherence to BACB ethics without pressure to overbill or stretch medical necessity.
